Joseph Ebo Buabea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2006) and completed a professional development course in Advance Early Reading, specifically Systematic Synthetic Phonics (2013). He served as a phonics facilitator for private school teachers during Standard-Based Curriculum Training in Ghana’s Ahanta West District (2019). In 2013, he worked as a radio presenter, focusing on grammar, reading, and spelling. His career also includes supervisory roles at Alexandra Palace Trading Company in London (2004) and agency management at Daasgift Quality Foundation (2006). Furthermore, he completed his National Service at the Shama Ahanta East Metropolitan Assembly (SEAMA) in 2007.
